Return & Exchange Policy

Each INHANSS piece is crafted with care. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

• Please send an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for review with Time Stamp.

Packaging Verification:

• Every order is packed under supervision with a recorded packaging video.

• These videos are retained for 15 days post-dispatch and are available upon request to verify claims.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges may be offered in special cases where the packaging video showed that a broken/incorrect item was shipped wit Time Stamp.

• Customers must bear reverse shipping charges, and the exchange value will be product cost minus two-way shipping.

• For confirmed cases of damage or wrong item (validated via packaging video), we offer:

  • A free exchange with their next order, OR

  • A full refund if a replacement is not possible

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Products worn, altered, or damaged post-delivery

• Customized or made-to-order pieces or Products as Combos or Discounts.

Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
