  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Under normal circumstances, Inhanss does not offer refunds for Press On Nails products once they are purchased. Exceptions are made solely in cases where the item is found damaged upon receiving.

  1. Conditions for Return, Exchange, or Refund

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund request due to product damage, customers must adhere to the following conditions:

  • An uncut, clear, 360-degree unboxing video, starting from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to the complete unboxing of the parcel, must be sent to reachus@inhanss.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Failure to provide proper evidence within the stipulated timeframe will result in the rejection of the return, exchange, or refund request.
  1. Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged items only. No returns are allowed on final sale products, except when flaws in the end product are identified.

To approve your return, please write to us at reachus@inhanss.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing appropriate images and the uncut, clear, 360-degree unboxing video.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Inhanss reserves the right to reject return requests without prior notice.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable for defective or damaged items only. The original invoice must be kept intact.

To request an exchange, contact us at reachus@inhanss.com within 24 hours of delivery, including appropriate images and the uncut, clear, 360-degree unboxing video.

Inhanss reserves the right to reject exchange requests without prior notice.

  1. Refunds

If your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
