Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your concern quickly and raise a claim with our courier partner, we require a continuous unboxing video showing:

The sealed outer package

Opening of the package

The product clearly visible
Once the issue is validated, you may choose one of the following options:

Replacement

Store credit

Refund
In such cases, INHANSS will bear all reverse shipping and reshipping costs.
Exchanges for Colour, Style, or Preference
We understand that jewellery is personal, and preferences may change.

Exchanges for colour or style preference are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Customers are required to bear reverse shipping charges

Replacement is dispatched only after the returned item is received and quality-checked

Refunds are not available for preference-based exchanges

Exchange or store credit will be provided instead
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery:

Products purchased as part of combos, offers, or discounted deals

Items that are worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Cancellations

Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to courier processing

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation
