If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — fairly, transparently, and with clarity.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your concern quickly and raise a claim with our courier partner, we require a continuous unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed outer package

  • Opening of the package

  • The product clearly visible

Once the issue is validated, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund

In such cases, INHANSS will bear all reverse shipping and reshipping costs.


Exchanges for Colour, Style, or Preference

We understand that jewellery is personal, and preferences may change.

  • Exchanges for colour or style preference are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers are required to bear reverse shipping charges

  • Replacement is dispatched only after the returned item is received and quality-checked

  • Refunds are not available for preference-based exchanges

  • Exchange or store credit will be provided instead


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery:

  • Products purchased as part of combos, offers, or discounted deals

  • Items that are worn, altered, or damaged after delivery


Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to courier processing

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation
