Shipping and Delivery Policy

All products shown as active and available to order on the INHANSS website are ready for dispatch.

Dispatch timeline

• Prepaid orders: Dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery orders: Dispatched after the customer confirms the order by call or message.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier movement.

Shipping and COD charges

• Standard shipping: No additional shipping charge applies.
• Cash on Delivery: Available only for orders of ₹1,499 and above, subject to serviceability.
• A ₹99 COD fee applies to every COD order.
• Orders below ₹1,499 must be prepaid.
