Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict any right that cannot lawfully be restricted in relation to genuine goods lawfully acquired by a person. However, lawful acquisition of a genuine INHANSS product does not automatically confer the right to use INHANSS-owned photographs, videos, marketing creatives or other copyrighted material, nor does it permit anyone to represent themselves as an authorised INHANSS seller or partner.
